General Information on Services
Decals
Although there are a few other companies that supply obsolete motorcycle
decals, quite often they cater to the more popular vintage bikes and decals. We
are quite willing to add those to our line, but we are also very interested in the
more unique and rare models.
When we do decals, we go beyond just stripes, logos and visible warning
decals. We will accurately re-create every decal and sticker on the machine,
right down to decals that are often hidden by fairing components, under the
seat, on the frame, etc. We also produce special component restoration decals
for items such as handlebar control bodies and special temporary decal-like
stencils to re-create logos or Manufacturer's names onto vinyl parts such as
seats. In doing all these decals, we help to bring your machine completely back
to original markings and informational stickers. If your bike is missing a sticker
or it is worn beyond recognition, we make every attempt to obtain them for
your package. We also don't leave you guessing as to which frame decals
belong to your bike and where they go. We offer complete or partial sets as well
as individual decals and they are categorized by model.
Decal Assistance Program
If we work with you to create decals for your machine that are currently not in
our offering, we offer a discount off your first order.
There are different ways to get the information from you to reproduce your
decals. Click here to open a document that explains how we can work with you

re-create the decals.
We currently do not charge creating the artwork necessary to re-create the
decals, with the understanding that BDESIGNS has sole rights and ownership of
the artwork and reproduction of the decals and that these decals will be made
available for sale to the public by
BDESIGNS.
Custom Decals
We can create virtually any custom decals to your specifications. We also now
offer custom decals with photographic quality printing processes. Keep in mind
that since these would be one a one-off item, design charges would apply.
Design fees are charged out at $50 per hour. On average, custom decals can
take approximately 2 hours, but there are many variables. No discounts apply.
Component Reproductions
If you need a part that you can't buy anymore, just ask and we will evaluate the
request. Components may be rubber components, windshields, foam seats or
machined parts. We have contacts in many industries that are able to help us
provide you a part.
Carburetor and Exhaust Parts
If you can't find a part that is listed on our website, just ask and we will check
with our parts distributors to see if they are available. Most Carbutetor parts
and kits are made by Keyster in Japan.
Restoration Services
We offer some restoration services on components where you would have had
to previouly "buy a better used one". If you want something done that we
currently don't do, just ask and we will see if we can do it. We also offer
products that allow you to restore some of your own plastic components such
as windscreens and black plastic parts.
Sandblasting Services
We offer sandblasting services for small to medium size parts at very
reasonable prices. Sandblasting is the easiest and most convenient method of
removing old finishes to prepare the surafaces for re-coating.
Artistic Renderings
Ultra-realistic vehicle artistic renderings using pastels and water colours. These
are hand produced, no computers were used to create the art. I can be
commissioned to do these renderings,
but be warned, they are not for the faint-of-wallet. These creations can take
anywhere from 60 to 80 hours depending on the complexity of the machine.
Personal preferences such as having your favourite scenery or background in
the reflections of chrome can add a personal touch!
